Sublime apartment. Even the incredible roof-top. First choice location. Everything was flawless, really!

True heaven on earth. The view and privacy were exceptional! Close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer! Rapallo is a picturesque town, very close by bus to the splendid beaches of Portofino!

The house is absolutely gorgeous as in the photos! We felt privileged to be able to stay in this house which looks like a work of art, with very high ceilings, marble floors etc.

It was like living in the early twentieth century! perfect for our family holiday.

The view from the terrace is fantastic! We enjoyed our outdoor meals enchanted by the view.

We had a beautiful week in the apartment it was right in the center of the city which we loved! A great starting point for all Cinque Terre plus the beauty of Santa Margherita. I spent every evening on the balcony watching the city in action. Fiona was quick to respond to our messages and handled every question quickly. 
I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience in an Italian city.

We had a lovely stay at Valentina and Fiona's house. Great location, very responsive hosts and great size for us and our baby. Great amenities also within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, ferries and buses.

It was a dream stay in a wonderful house. Everything was very well looked after and as a welcome there was also a breakfast, trofie, pesto and wine. Excellent service! Everything went well and we were even able to swim in the pool and sea.
We also received a lot of great advice from the owners. We hope to be back soon!

An incredible house located in a perfect location to explore Liguria. The view is exceptional. The space inside is well designed and of a very high standard and quality, particularly the bathrooms and steam bath. All bedrooms have direct access to the garden, which is excellent, and shutters to completely darken the night, useful if you have small children. Pool and garden are excellent and very well maintained - pool cleaned every day. We will definitely be back!

The house, pool and garden are truly beautiful. Everything is very nice and clean. Furthermore, we were surprised with various amenities: nice surprise in the fridge, shampoo and shower gel, etc. The house and garden are well equipped with everything. Kitchen with oven, microwave, nice ceramic dishes, etc., large dining table, comfortable sofa, comfortable beds. A washing machine with detergent, iron, etc. In the garden there are cozy and beautiful seating areas in different places. There is also a place for table football, table tennis and pétanque. The garden and swimming pool are maintained every day. We didn't lack anything. Fiona from Xenia Home was very kind and accommodating and always available to answer any questions. We spent (6 people) 10 wonderful and relaxing days in the house. Furthermore, the area offers numerous possibilities. We went on excursions to Genoa, Camogli, Portofino, went kayaking, snorkeling, etc. In short, a dream holiday. I will be happy to go back!

The house is very beautiful and a huge advantage is that it has air conditioning in hot summer! The pool is another plus! It was great that the host left us some food and wine for when we arrived! We had been quitting all day and were too tired to look for a restaurant. Overall, one of the nicest Airbnb places I've ever stayed in!

My friend and I loved our stay in this penthouse. The view was breathtaking and the apartment very clean and tidy. The location is great for local shopping; restaurants and swimming in the sea. We will definitely be booking to stay again in the future.

We stayed here for just less than a week and all we can say is WOW. We barely wanted to leave the apartment because it was so beautiful, we loved sitting outdoors on both terraces. Also the most comfortable bed I've had in weeks!!! Thanks to Fiona for your fantastic communication and assistance throughout the week, we had a memorable stay in Rapallo thanks to the beautiful accommodation!
